Patient Policies

We appreciate your cooperation with the following policies:

1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to check in.

2. You must bring insurance cards, a photo ID and a list of all current medications.

3. Copays must be paid prior to being seen by the physician or nurse practitioner.

4. Please be courteous and provide us with 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Financial Policy:

• Clarkson Heart Center participates with most major insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid.

• Full payment for services is required if no health insurance is filed.

• Payment arrangements on outstanding amounts may be requested by calling 402-552-2320, option 3.

• We accept cash, check, debit or credit card.
